"Stock Info Was Actually Accurate"
I was kind of surprised, because the items showed as being in stock on the site and they actually were when I went to order. A lot of places will say something is available and then suddenly it’s out of stock at checkout, so I was expecting that to happen here, but it mostly didn’t. One size did disappear later, which was a little annoying, but I get that stock can change quickly if other people are buying at the same time. Overall, it was a good experience and the inventory seemed more accurate than I expected.

"Tracking Just Sat There and Support Wasn't Much Help"
I ordered from borealluxe.com and the whole thing was frustrating. The tracking showed 'label created' for days, which usually means the shipping label exists but the package hasn’t actually been scanned or picked up yet, so I kept checking and nothing changed. I figured maybe it was just delayed, so I messaged support to ask what was going on, but the replies were super vague and basically just told me to keep waiting. They didn’t give me a clear delivery date, didn’t explain whether the order had actually shipped, and didn’t really make me feel like anyone was looking into it. It just felt like I paid, got a tracking number that wasn’t moving, and then was left guessing. I personally wouldn’t order from them again.

"Worked out eventually"
At first I was annoyed because there was an issue with my order, and I wasn’t thrilled about having to deal with it. But to be fair, support got back to me and sorted it out without making me jump through a million hoops. It did take a bit longer than I wanted, which was frustrating, but also not the end of the world. Overall, it worked out fine in the end. Giving it 4 stars.

"Didn’t Feel Comfortable Ordering"
I was about to place an order, but something about it just didn’t feel right. The site didn’t have enough clear info, and I didn’t really feel comfortable putting my card details in, so I ended up leaving it.

"Better than I expected"
I’m in a bit of a rush, but wanted to say the material is actually nicer than I thought it would be. It feels soft but still sturdy, not thin or cheap at all. I’ve only used it a little so far, but I’m happy with it and don’t have any complaints...

"Worked well, just took a bit"
I’m giving this 4 stars because it did work for me, but it definitely wasn’t an overnight thing. I started noticing little changes after about two weeks, and then it kept getting better the more consistently I used it. It was easy to use and didn’t irritate my skin, which I really appreciated. I just wish the results showed up a little faster. Overall though, I’m happy with it and would probably buy it again.

It hasn’t broken or anything yet, but it does feel a bit weak. I’m not totally sure how long it’ll hold up with regular use.

I ordered from borealluxe the purchase itself was fine, but trying to return my order was annoying. Part of me feels like maybe I was just unlucky, because the site seemed decent enough, but at the same time I had to keep following up just to get clear help. Returns really shouldn’t feel like a project. I wouldn’t say it was the worst experience ever, but it definitely left me not wanting to order again anytime soon.

"Decent, but I’d wait for a sale"
It feels decent overall, but for my personal standard, I don’t think it’s worth paying full price. It’s not bad by any means, I just expected a little more for the cost. If you can grab it on sale, it’s probably a better buy.

"The site just doesn’t feel very luxe"
I wasn’t really into the look of borealluxe. The design feels a bit all over the place, like things were placed randomly instead of being laid out in a clean, intentional way. The colors and fonts don’t seem to work together either, so the whole site came across kind of cheap to me. Maybe the products are perfectly fine, but if you’re going for a luxe vibe, the website should look polished and put together. Common sense, really. I ended up paying more attention to the messy layout than the items themselves.

"Warranty help was way easier than I expected"
I had a small issue pop up after a few months my first reaction was, “Great, this is going to be a pain.” But I reached out to borealluxe.com about the warranty anyway, and they got back to me quickly. I just sent a couple of photos and they handled it without making the whole thing complicated. I was genuinely surprised it went that smoothly. Really happy with the support.

"Really quick shipping"
The shipping was faster than I expected. It showed up in just a few days, and the tracking worked fine. It’s nice when a company does the basic decent thing and gets your order to you without any hassle

"Slow response and I hope they make it right"
I reached out with what felt like a simple question about my order, and it took them days to get back to me. It was frustrating because I just needed a quick answer. At this point, I’m hoping they offer some kind of compensation or at least do something to make up for the delay.

"Refund Came Through, Just Took a While"
so the refund did come back, which was good, but it took longer than I thought it would. I had to keep checking my email a few times and just wait it out. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but it definitely wasn’t super fast either. I’d say 3 stars feels fair for the refund timing.

"Promo wasn’t really worth it"
I placed an order because the discount looked good at first, but by the time I got to checkout, it didn’t feel like much of a deal anymore. Shipping and the extra add-ons basically canceled it out. The stuff itself was fine, but the whole process felt a bit impersonal, like I was just a ticket number being pushed through. Not terrible, just not worth the hassle for me.

"At first glance the site looked totally..."
At first glance the site looked totally okay, so I thought it would be straightforward. But then I’d go looking for something basic and somehow end up clicking through a bunch of menus that didn’t quite make sense to me. Maybe it was the layout, or maybe I just expected things to be in different spots, but it felt more confusing than it needed to be. Checkout worked in the end, but even that had a moment where I wasn’t totally sure what to do next. So yeah, it functions, but it didn’t feel especially smooth or easy to use
